Follow

an accelerated pace of work is not easy because it represents a physical and emotional, which is why these people often resort to the use of psychoactive drugs, stimulants and / or tranquilizers and sleep inducers. In fact, many cases of abuse of cocaine that arrives in specialized centers to treat addiction, we find that the main cause is the addiction to work.

The pathological nature of addictive behavior ends up destroying the work and professional lives of those who suffer. 8. Listen to your body: If you are working too much, surely start to feel tired, irritable and apathetic. All these symptoms are a sign of the need to reduce speed.

9. Ask yourself constantly its Objectives and Purpose of Life: is important to continually reassess your goals and purpose of life.

10. Growing Healthy Habits: Developing healthy habits is not something that happens in the overnight. Working in small behavior change every day, you can make big changes in the long term.
